The two individuals referred to as Corporate Officers No. 1 and No. 2 in the sex trafficking lawsuit filed against WWE in January have been revealed.
The wrestling promotion, as well as former chairman Vince McMahon and former talent relations executive John Laurinitis, is being sued by a woman named Janel Grant who claims she was passed around as a sex slave within the company.
The suit notes that Grant was employed “in a completely undefined role, except for the understanding that she remain a sexual slave to be used and trafficked by McMahon within the WWE.”

Corporate Officers No.1 and No. 2 were said to have been instrumental to the scheme and, according to Front Office Sports, they happen to be WWE president Nick Khan and COO Brad Blum.
“Front Office Sports independently identified Khan and Blum, as well as the two other anonymous corporate officers to whom the suit refers, by cross-checking the details of the suit against publicly available records like online résumés and corporate filings, as well as information provided by sources familiar with WWE. (Corporate Officer No. 1 is said in the suit, for example, to have maintained a fourth-floor office at the company’s former headquarters, which a person who worked there confirmed was true of Khan.) FOS then asked Grant’s lawyer, Ann Callis, whether its reporting was accurate.
“I can confirm that these names are correct,” she said.”

Khan and Blum have not been accused of sexual misconduct or violence but are alleged to have facilitated and covered the depraved acts in a manner that makes WWE liable under federal anti-trafficking law.
According to the suit, McMahon groomed Grant while she was mourning her parents’ deaths and hired her to a fake post in WWE’s legal department in 2019. It states that she was a victim of “extreme cruelty and degradation, with McMahon defecating on her during group sex. She also claims to have been raped multiple times by McMahon and Laurinitis on WWE property.
