Disgraced WWE boss Vince McMahon has been named in yet another lawsuit, this time along with his wife, Linda.
Vince and Linda are still legally married but have been separated for some time. She has managed to maintain some distance from her husband’s legal woes. However, a new suit likely has her wary of potential loss.
The McMahons, as well as WWE and the company’s ownership, TKO, have been named in a lawsuit alleging that Melvin Phillips Jr. sexually abused multiple young boys while they worked for the promotion, per TMZ.
Phillips – a former ring crew chief and ringside announcer – is said to have hired underaged youths, some as young as 12 years old, known as the “Ring Boys,” to assist the crew and run various errands.
According to the suit, Phillips hired the kids primarily so he could carry out abuse after tempting them with access to top WWE events. He is accused of exploiting children from broken homes.
The molestation is said to have taken place “in plain sight” at wrestling venues and hotel rooms.

Vince McMahon Not Accused Of Direct Participation
Phillips died in 2012, but his alleged victims have come forward, with McMahon now in the crosshairs.
The 79-year-old is not accused of taking part in the abuse but is being taken to task for knowingly allowing Phillips to “groom and abuse Ring Boys,” with certain incidents reportedly occurring in front of wrestlers and company execs.
“Thanks to the bravery of our clients, we finally have a chance to hold accountable those who allowed and enabled the open, rampant sexual abuse of these young boys,” DiCello Levitt partner Greg Gutzler said in a press release.
The firm notes that the FBI has identified at least 10 of Phillips’ victims, though they believe there are more out there who have not spoken up.
“That so many were aware of the sexual abuse of the ring boys and did nothing to prevent or stop it is simply unconscionable,” they added.
