Jeff Hardy came dangerously close to losing his life.
Three officers drew guns on the wrestling star during his DUI arrest earlier this week, police video shows, via TMZ Sports.
Footage shows that Hardy apparently not complying with the initial instructions of the Florida Highway Patrol. Eventually, after the officers drew guns on him, Hardy exited his white Dodge Charger and sat on the ground for questioning.
An officer informed the 44-year-old Hardy that “several” people had called 911 to report him for erratic driving. He was then asked where he was coming from and where he was going, to which he responded with North Carolina for both answers.
Hardy admitted to having two or three drinks. On a follow-up question, Hardy appeared to say that he had taken double-shots of Fireball.
The ensuing police report said Hardy had a blood alcohol content more than three times over the legal limit. It was his third impaired driving arrest in under five years.
