Due to a felony DUI accusation, Tammy “Sunny” Sytch is presently being held at the Marion County, Florida, Lowell Correctional Institute.
Over the years, the WWE Hall of Famer has dealt with a number of legal challenges. Her DUI manslaughter case has significantly impacted her life, and it now seems that she is facing a significant health problem while incarcerated.
Over the years, Sunny—real name Tammy Sytch—has been involved in legal issues that have resulted in multiple incarcerations and a damaged reputation. Things haven’t gone well for her since she was involved in a deadly three-car collision in 2022, which led to a 17-year prison sentence.
In an interview with TMZ, Sytch revealed that she went to the doctor when she saw swelling in her left leg, which went from her knee to her toes. Weeks went by with no assistance in spite of her repeated demands; her leg was now severely swelled and discolored, and a worrisome bulge had developed beneath her calf. Sytch, a diabetic, was finding it harder and harder to walk.
“I could barely walk on my leg.”
Testing revealed that Sytch had a blood clot, for which he had to take thinners.
It has been difficult to administer the medication, though, which raises questions about the quality of care she is receiving from jail staff while she recovers. Sytch stated that if the current state of affairs continues, she intends to demand treatment in an off-site hospital.

” All that’s been going through my mind for the past three weeks is, oh my God, I’m going to follow in (my ex-husband’s) footsteps and die of a blood clot just like he did because I can’t get medical treatment at this prison. It’s pretty bad.”
Tammy “Sunny” Sytch Caused The Death of Elderly Man In 2022
After a car accident in Ormond Beach, Florida, in March 2022 that claimed the life of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter, Tammy “Sunny” Sytch will not be free for some time.
She entered a not guilty plea to one felony charge of driving while suspended, resulting in death, four misdemeanor counts of DUI causing bodily harm, and two misdemeanor counts of DUI causing property damage.
The judge reduced her sentence from a maximum of 25 years to 17 years and eight years of probation, which was further divided into ten years for driving while suspended and seven years for DUI manslaughter.
She will serve the whole 17 years because she is not eligible for parole.
Sytch will be 67 when she is released from prison in 2040.
