Saturday night in Brooklyn was supposed to be a special night for Bret Hart, but it was marred in controversy as an idiot fan jumped into the ring to tackle him, only to get swarmed by security and current wrestlers.
The attacker is 26-year old amateur MMA fighter Zachary Madsen, who wore a Jack Swagger ‘We The People’ shirt in his debut fight, and who was arrested last year for violating a protection order, according to reports.
“The suspect – identified as Zachary Madsen – was taken to the NYPD’s 78th Precinct in Brooklyn and charged with two counts of assault and trespassing.
Aside from minor injuries to Bret Hart, Madsen also reportedly caused minor injuries to a security guard who tried to subdue him.”
It didn’t take long for Twitter users to find his Twitter account where his hobbies seem to be tweeting insane shit to the people who run a wrestling promotion.

Madsen himself was also punched in the face as he was taken out of the arena:
Hart was inducted into the Hall for a second time for being part of the tag-team duo The Hart Foundation alongside the late Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart.
“An over-exuberant fan surpassed our security at ringside and made his way briefly into the ring,” the WWE said in a statement. “The individual has been turned over to the proper authorities.”
