Logan Paul’s athleticism and awareness possibly prevented a tragedy at WWE’s Crown Jewel on Saturday.
The wrestling promotion took its show on the road this weekend, putting on a spectacle for fans in Saudi Arabia. However, things could have gone very badly as Rey Mysterio Jr. looked like he was about to hurt himself really badly – or worse – before Paul saved the day.
Fresh off his victory over Dillon Danis, the YouTube sensation took on the high-flying veteran in the ring during said show and really impressed.
At one point, Mysterio flew off the ropes and appeared to have mistimed his jump as he was about to land on his head. Thankfully, Paul caught him right before and not a second too soon.
Another angle shows just how close Rey came to landing on his head and possibly breaking his neck.
