Liv Morgan just can’t catch a break.
Currently, there is no more important wrestler in the WWE Universe than Liv Morgan. However, her body keeps betraying her.
Morgan was injured last night during the Women’s Tag Team Title match on Monday Night Raw. This comes after she just returned from a shoulder injury last month. She was spotted in an arm sling after Monday Night Raw. According to Wrestling News, trainers checked on Morgan off-camera during her match.
Morgan’s missed time over a shoulder tear caused her and her partner to relinquish their Women’s Tag Team Titles. The 29-year-old returned on June 23’s SmackDown, and the duo quickly reclaimed the titles.

As for the match, new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions were crowned as Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville captured the titles after they challenged Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan for the gold. Green dropped Morgan with the Unprettier before Deville clinched the win with a running knee to the face.
The loss ended Morgan and Rodriguez’s second reign with the titles. They previously defeated Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler to win the gold at WWE SummerSlam.
The loss of the belts came at a good time as they may have had to relinquish them again with this most recent injury to Morgan.
