Wrestling fans are offering words of support to Jim Ross following a bit of a worrying revelation.
Ross, possibly the most recognizable voice in wrestling, took to Twitter to announce having suffered a “nasty fall” on Saturday night along with a picture of what appears to be a black eye, as he apologized for the way he sounded during his latest appearance.
The 71-year-old, credited for discovering some top talents for WWE, including The Rock, has been through some tough times over the years. He lost his wife in a vehicular accident in 2017 and has since battled skin cancer, which he is now free from.
Fans were all saying the same thing after he disclosed having fallen over the weekend. You could check out some of their reactions right below:

Jim Ross’s Career Change
A WWE Hall of Famer, JR now plies his trade with All Elite Wrestling, a much younger brand overseen by Tony Khan, who is the son of Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan.
Ross signed a three-year deal as a commentator and senior advisor with AEW in 2019 after a storied career with WWE.
He started out as a full-time announcer on the promotion’s flagship show, AEW Dynamite, before switching to another show, Rampage, last June. While he worked the debut of the Saturday-night show, Collision, he will be taking some time to recover.
Get well soon, JR!
