Tim McGraw, a famous country musician, knew the best way to attract fans during his tour stop in Indianapolis on Thursday was by sporting the brand-new No. 22 Indiana Fever jersey. During his sold-out performance at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the country music icon wore Caitlin Clark’s Indiana Fever jersey.
McGraw’s show is part of his Standing Room Only Tour, which runs through June 29. Indiana selected Clark, an Iowa native with an impressive NCAA basketball career, as the first pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft.
Caitlin Clark is a young and highly skilled basketball player with a bright future. She is quickly gaining popularity among fans. This season, Clark set a new record for the highest single-day scoring in NCAA Division I basketball. However, in the national championship game, the South Carolina Gamecocks, led by coach Staley, defeated Iowa.

Clark had an impressive season in women’s collegiate basketball. She shot 45.5% from the field, 37.8% from beyond the arc, and 86.0% from the free-throw line. She also averaged 31.6 points, 8.9 assists, 7.4 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game. As a result, she became the all-time leading scorer in women’s collegiate basketball, surpassing Kelsey Plum.
