Cameron Brink was selected second in the Los Angeles Sparks’ WNBA draft on April 15, and millions of fans who were not familiar with her as much in college truly learned how stunning she was in the outfit she wore.
Brink just starred in a new SKIMS campaign alongside legends like Candace Parker and Kelsey Plum and recently threw out the first pitch at a Dodgers game.
Los Angeles may be the best place for her, as Cameron Brink also had other things she would love to accomplish off the court during her rookie campaign.
Brink sat down with Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George on his Podcast, and she was asked if she had any other magazines she would love to pose in after doing Slam.
She always wanted to be part of ESPN’s Body Issue or Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.
“I think just as a female athlete, the body issue is just always like dope,” said Brink. “Just to see how your body like as an athlete, purely as an athlete to appreciate like our bodies are our machines. Like it’s how we make our money so I think that’s always like a really cool concept.
“Or like Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, like I’ve always loved that. So, I think it’s super empowering. I just did Skims which was actually like a huge…like I manifested that.”

Unfortunately for Cameron Brink, she definitely will not be posing for ESPN Body Issue as it was discontinued in 2019, but with her looks, Sports Illustrated will undoubtedly be calling reasonably soon.
Cameron Brink Finally Gets First Win of WNBA Career With Clutch Block
Cameron Brink had yet to experience a win in her WNBA career but that finally happened this week thanks to her.
The Los Angeles Sparks, losers of their first two games of the 2024 WNBA season, needed a stop Tuesday night at the Walter Pyramid to secure their first win of the year, and rookie Cameron Brink delivered.
In the final seconds, the Sparks, holding a 70-68 advantage, readied their defense for the Washington Mystics’ final possession. To shield the rim, the 6’4″ Brink stood close to the paint.
Cameron Brink was there to send it back to earth after Mystics center Shakira Austin wheeled into the lane in an attempt to tie the score. When Austin got the opportunity to try again, Brink again stuffed her to seal the victory.
Brink wasn’t a significant force on offense on this night, but she stuffed the stat sheet as she logged four points on 2-of-2 shooting to go along with eight rebounds, three assists, three steals, and four blocks in 30 minutes, per ESPN.com.
