Caitlin Clark is having one hell of a week.
Before she was selected number one overall by the Indiana Fever, Clark made a cameo appearance on “Saturday Night Live” when she roasted Michael Che during the “Weekend Update” segment with Colin Jost.
Clark, along with Angel Reese and other draft picks, then took to the top of the Empire State Building.
Once she was selected, her time in New York wasn’t over as Clark and her Iowa teammates–Kate Martin, Gabbie Marshall, and Jada Gyamfi–could be seen taking in the sights and sounds of the city.
Jada Gyamfi took to Instagram and posted several pictures showing the WNBA rookie seated in a club while Gyamfi and Marshall held up Indiana Fever signs. Another photo shows a group selfie.
Another picture shows a nice scenery of The Fleur Room, which is a glass-enclosed rooftop lounge. One more picture from that lounge shows employees coming out with streamers holding a sign that reads, “Congrats WNBA Draft 2024.”
One wide-shot picture showed the girls at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, while other snaps were tourist locations.
