Pretty much all New England Patriots fans want to see Tom Brady come back to the franchise and finish out his career there and not with another franchise.
The entire situation has left the fan base stressed out as everyday brings a new report of him heading somewhere else instead of back at Gillette Stadium where he’s been for the better part of 20 years.
Rob Gronkowski isn’t stressed out at all.
The former New England Patriots tight end was recently hosting a fundraiser when the topic of Brady came up. In true Gronk fashion, he decided to joke about the situation when he stated how he hopes Brady ends up in the XFL.
“… It does make it fun,” he said during the fundraiser, per NBC Sports Boston. “I understand people stress out over it. But if you look at it the other way, it’s kind of fun.
“He’s going out there one day and he’s going to another team the next day. Man, it’s crazy. I was hoping he’d go to the XFL with the ‘He Hate Me’ on the back (of his jersey).”

A much younger Gronkowski announced his retirement from football last March and the Patriots struggled all 2019 season at the position without him. It finally caught up to them in Week 17 and in the Wildcard round of the playoffs.
While Brady threw for more than 4,000 yards, he posted the lowest total quarterback rating of his career while averaging the fewest yards per pass attempt since 2002.
