Being a punter can be quite the thankless job at times. If you’re a good one, you’ll get a bit of credit, but if you suck, you will be blasted like you just committed a horrendous crime.
That’s brings us to the weekend game between the St. Louis Battlehawks and Dallas Renegades.
Former Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee had sideline duties for ESPN during this game, so you just know he loved to see Marquette King booming punts out there and completely changing the field for his team.
One of those times came when King had a perfect punt that landed inside the 2 yard line, but it got completely ruined when one of his teammates, for whatever insane reason, came running in and pushed it in the end zone.
