Marquette King is a name that rings bells to football fans, because he was one of the best punters in the entire league, but something clearly happened behind the scenes to land him out of the league.
Now, he finds himself in the XFL and playing for the St. Louis BattleHawks.
He has tremendous thus far through two games and gaining even more fan fare after he took to Twitter and suggested the league give fans half-priced beer for 5 minutes after a punter booms a 60-yard punt.
“Aye @xfl2020 if a punter hits a 60 yard punt drinks for everyone at the game should be half off for 5 min after the punts.”
This man is a genius!
