Former Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel has been out of football since the AAF folded last April and it doesn’t seem like he might be returning to play for any league anytime soon.
He has been sending very conflicting statements on Twitter recently that suggested he wanted to play for the XFL, but he would soon delete his Twitter account shortly after making that statement.
That tweet came weeks after he stated he had no interest playing in a league that was going to fold like the AAF.
On Saturday, the account was back up, and Manziel sent out a couple more twets that suggested he was just trolling and had no interest n playing football.

Since being cut from the Browns — Manziel was permanently banned from the Canadian Football League for unknown reasons and only lasted in the AAF a few weeks before the league filed for bankruptcy.
He is still just 27-years-old.
