The XFL officially kicked off two weeks ago and there is already drama going on with one team behind closed doors.
Unfortunately for one head coach, he might not last very long with his current XFL team. According to a report from Danny Jones of the The Other League and XFL podcast, one team has already complained about its head coach.
Jones reported the Tampa Bay Vipers, who are currently 0-2 o start the season, are already turning on head coach Marc Trestman. The team has only scored 12 points in 2 games and that’s despite having an “offensive-minded” head coach.
The players want him to change the offense, but Trestman is reportedly not on board with doing anything.
“He’s too fing stubborn to change. S, just admit defeat and change. He’s gonna get my a** cut,” one player allegedly said.
The Vipers only touchdown of the year came last week in the form of a pick-6 last Sunday by DB Tarvarus McFadden.

Things likely won’t get any better as the team will be facing off against the undefeated Houston Roughnecks that can put up points in a hurry. The Vipers are now 6.5 point underdogs to the Roughnecks and are +1100 to win the eight-team league.
