After graduating from Chaminade High School in Los Angeles, California, Davis attended California State University, Chico, where he earned a degree in Management. In the early 1980s, Davis began working for the Raiders organization, serving in various roles including as a scout and an assistant to the head coach.
In 2011, Davis inherited ownership of the Raiders following his father’s death, and he quickly became known for his bold moves and unconventional leadership style. He spearheaded the team’s move from Oakland to Las Vegas, which was completed in 2020, and has invested heavily in the team’s roster and facilities.
Outside of football, Davis has been involved in several other business ventures, including real estate development and investment. He is also a philanthropist and has supported causes such as the Boys and Girls Club of America and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
