Lonzo Ball played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins for one season before he decided to enter the 2017 NBA Draft where he was selected second overall by the Los Angeles Lakers. He ended up missing 30 games that season due to shoulder and knee injuries. He underwent surgery on his left knee in 2018 to repair a torn meniscus.
Ball was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans in 2019 where he played for two seasons before signing with the Bulls. He underwent another knee surgery for a torn meniscus and ended up missing the rest of the 2022 season. Lonzo Ball’s contract is a four-year, $85 million contract with the Bulls.
