Adams was born in Chicago to Polish immigrant parents. She studied communications at the University of Missouri and served as an in-game host for the St. Louis Cardinals home games. One of her first professional football jobs was hosting DirectTV Fantasy Zone, which she continues to host. In 2022, FanDuel announced that Adams would star in her own show ‘Up and Adams’.
