Jefferson played college ball at LSU for three years before entering the NFL. Surprisingly, he only appeared in two games during his first season at LSU and never even made a catch. Jefferson jumped to their leading receiver in 2018 with 54 catches. He entered the 2020 NFL draft and was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round.
