Joy’s love of athletics started at a young age after growing up with brothers and living in a strong sports loving city, Pittsburgh. Her brother Jason would go on to become a defensive end/outside linebacker for the Miami Dolphins for 14 years. And although Joy dabbled in many different sports, she ultimately knew that her real passion was voicing her opinion on them. She pursued a degree in broadcast communications from Barry University and went on to host a few sports radio shows. Joy Taylor joined Fox and quickly wowed executives, landing her a spot as a moderator for ‘Skip and Shannon: Undisputed.’ Joy frequently speaks out about injustices within sports communities and is considered a voice representing marginalized figures in the industry.
