Jason Garrett was a quarterback at Princeton University before playing as quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys and winning three Super Bowls as the backup for Troy Aikman. He also played for the New York Giants, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Miami Dolphins. He was initially hired by the Dallas Cowboys as the offensive coordinator in 2007 and was named interim head coach of the Cowboys in 2010 after Wade Phillips was fired. He remained the head coach until 2019.
Garrett began his sports broadcasting career in 2022 with NBC Sports. He joined Notre Dame Football on NBC and also joined NBC Sunday Night Football.
