Dwight Howard is a professional basketball player and currently plays for the Taoyuan Leopards of the T1 League. Howard chose to forgo college and was selected first overall in the 2004 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic. In 2012, he was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers where he spent three separate one-year-stints over the course of his career. He also played for the Houston Rockets, the Atlanta Hawks, the Charlotte Hornets, the Washington Wizards, and the Philadelphia 76ers. In that time, Howard led the league in rebounds five times and in blocked shots twice. He made the NBA All-Defensive First Team four times and was NBA Defensive Player of the Year three times. He currently plays in the T1 League in Taiwan.
