Bryce Young entered his freshman year at Alabama as the backup to Mac Jones in the 2020 season. In his sophomore year, Young became the Crimson Tide’s starting quarterback. He had an amazing season and currently holds the record for the most passing yards in a single game by an Alabama quarterback (559). As a junior in 2022, Young threw for 3,328 yards.
In January of 2023, Bryce Young announced that he will be declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft, and many are projecting him to be the number one overall pick.
