Bruce Arians is a former coach in the NFL and is a senior football consultant for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was previously the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals and the Buccaneers. Bruce Arians was an offensive assistant for most of his career until he was an interim head coach for the Colts for twelve weeks and helped them reach the playoffs. This led him to the head coaching position at the Cardinals for five seasons where he helped them reach two post-seasons, one division title, and an NFC Championship game.
Arians retired in 2017 but returned in 2019 to coach the Buccaneers. Along with the help of quarterback Tom Brady, he led the team to a Super Bowl Championship at the age of 68. He officially retired for the 2021 season and is now a consultant for Tampa Bay.
