Andy Dalton played college football for Texas Christian University and was the school’s leader in quarterback wins. He entered the 2011 NFL Draft and was selected 35th overall by the Cincinnati Bengals. He received the Emerging Player Award from the NFL Players Association at the end of his rookie season.
Dalton played for the Bengals until 2020, at which time he signed a one-year contract with the Dallas Cowboys to be Dak Prescott‘s backup. In 2021, he left Dallas for the Chicago Bears but suffered a knee injury after just two games. He went on to sign another one-year contract with the New Orleans Saints in 2022.
