Live on CBS, former Manchester City player Micah Richards found himself not being able to talk about Brest.
The 36-year-old was sitting at a desk alongside fellow ex-players Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher, with Kate Abdo presenting on UCL Today.
At the beginning of the show, Scot explained that Richards was essentially “banned” from speaking about Brest, a French club.
She said, “We are going to do a segment about Brest, but unfortunately, you’ve consistently proven that you can’t stay professional when talking about Brest, so production would ask if you are comfortable just staying silent.
Richards was taken aback as he blurted out, “Come on Kate, I can do this.”
Once he agreed, hilarity would ensue with the segment.
“Who here likes Brest?” Abdo asked the other two as they both raised a hand.

“I like the shape of them,” Carragher added.
Henry added: “You don’t have to be big, you can be small and compete.”
Abdo was then asked if Brest could get exposed against Barcelona, to which he stated, “I hope so.”
About two minutes in, Micah Richards would eventually give his two cents in on the matchup between Brest and Barcelona.
Brest Did Not Have A Good Showing This Week
Brest had a chance to do something spectacular this week, but they did not come out with a good effort against Barcelona.
Robert Lewandowski scored twice as the hosts easily won 3-0 over their French side on Tuesday, ending their unbeaten record in the Champions League.
The victory lifted them to second in the 36-team table on 12 points from five games, one point behind Inter Milan and level with third-placed Liverpool.
For Brest, however, they would drop to the ninth spot with 10 points.
