The love affair of Soccer couple Douglas Luiz and Alisha Lehmann is officially over and it had to do with a calendar.
Aston Villa’s Douglas Luiz and Alisha Lehmann reportedly ended their relationship over a “heated argument” regarding her calendar shoot. It was over Alisha Lehmann’s participation in her official 2023 calendar in which she starred in a number of sensual poses, according to The Sun.
“Douglas was completely smitten with Alisha. When she first arrived, he was like, ‘Who is this girl?’” a source told the outlet, noting that as the 23-year-old Lehmann “became more in demand off the pitch, the cracks started to appear in their relationship.”
“When asked to do a calendar, she jumped at the chance to show off her sexy side, but he was not happy,” the source told the outlet. “He didn’t think it was something she should be doing. They rowed a lot and in the end Alisha simply had enough.”
In November 2021, Lehmann posted a video to her stories in which she was very affectionate with Douglas Luiz. The 23-year-old is already one of the most followed female footballers in the world (she has over 9.3 million followers on Instagram).
Before dating Douglas Luiz, Lehmann was romantically involved with the also footballer Ramona Bachmann of Paris Saint-Germain. That love affair ended in March 2021. Luiz and Lehmann met when the Swiss forward joined the English women’s Super League club.
