A few years ago, Kinsey Wolanski went super viral after she suddenly ran out on the field during the Champions League. Now, another woman is hoping to gain instant fame after she did the same.
Russia’s Maria Shumilina launched her own interruption during the recent Euro 2020 game between Belgium and Finland at the Krestovsky Stadium in St. Petersburg.
Unfortunately for her, St. Petersburg police opened an investigation after reports indicated that the Russian authorities have approached drinks company Heineken to investigate suspicions that someone from the company had somehow been aware in advance of the pitch invasion.
“Ooops SORRY,” she wrote on Instagram to accompany a selection of images of her being manhandled by security after making her way on to the pitch.

The 20-year-old now has 71,000 followers and counting since her incident. I guess she got what she wanted.
Kinsey Wolanski is sitting on 3.7 million followers as of this writing. Her invasion certainly worked out for her.
It will remain to be seen if St. Petersburg police pursue any significant charges against the fame-hungry model.
