Ander Herrera was robbed by a transvestite prostitute as he drove his car through the city on Tuesday, according to multiple reports in France.
The 32-year-old Paris Saint-Germain player was reportedly driving in the area surrounding the Bois de Boulogne park and was stopped at a red light when the suspect entered his car and took his phone and wallet. It is said that the sprawling Paris park is notorious for prostitution.
According to the player’s recollection, cited by sources, the attacker appeared to have something in her hand that Herrera thought could be used as a weapon. He was then forced to drive the assailant to a specific address in exchange for the return of his phone, and he had no choice but to follow those instructions.
“At a traffic light somebody got into the car and grabbed his wallet and phone.
“Ander Herrera told them ‘I’ll give you 200 euros but give me back my wallet and phone’ and dropped the person off a little further away and rang the police,” the member of Herrera’s close circle continued.
The police were called and it’s said that 200 euros were taken from the player.
