She also came under fire for laughing after missing a penalty during the shootout against Sweden that saw the USA exit the tournament and miss out on a chance to win three straight cups.
In the wake of all this, a video of the winger signing an autograph for a young fan whom she totally refused to acknowledge has found its way back online.
