If you’ve been on social media long enough, then you’ve likely gotten tricked into pressing a video that said one thing, only to hear the moans of a woman that came out really loud. You know the sound.
Sex noises interrupted BBC’s live pre-match coverage of the FA Cup third-round replay between Wolves and Liverpool and it sent the broadcast team into hysterics.
As Gary Lineker, Danny Murphy, and Paul Ince built up the contest, loud sex noises began to blare out of the studio. They tried to ignore it, but their inner child eventually came out and all began to laugh.
“Will you stop making those noises, Danny,” joked Lineker. “It’s not me,” insisted Murphy.
The recorded porn noises continued for a number of minutes as nobody could find the source of it.
Once the game got underway, Lineker revealed he found the source of the noise while posting a photo of an old mobile phone on Twitter, alongside the caption: “Well, we found this taped to the back of the set. As sabotage goes it was quite amusing.”
