Ana Maria Markovic has gotten the internet’s attention this week after posting some photos from her recent trip to Portugal.
The Croatian soccer player, a forward for Swiss club Grasshopper, took to Instagram this week to share some stunning snaps with her fans, including some in a tight-fitting beige dress and a white bikini bordered in blue.

Ana, who has 2.9 million followers on IG, had the web eating out of her hand.
The 23-year-old began playing soccer at 14 and realized she was really good very early. She spoke to Croatia Week in an interview last year, explaining her motivations and revealing that Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is one of her idols.

“I started playing because of the motivation I felt when I saw that women’s football was growing more and more. Also because of the motivation generated by watching some men’s football matches, especially when Cristiano Ronaldo was playing, obviously,” she says, before adding.
“I played in some little-known amateur clubs. At first it started as a form of a hobby, but then thanks to all the support I received from my family and my environment, I was improving. I was always a forward, it was what I liked the most – scoring goals.”
The Swiss Women’s Super League attacker has been out with injury for the last few months, having torn her ACL. But that hasn’t stopped her from enjoying some downtime.
