Soccer star Alex Morgan had one of the better Halloween costumes this year even though she went with a classic look.
A lot of athletes dressed up this year for Halloween and Morgan was no exception as she enlisted the help of her family.
She and a couple of other people imitated the “Spiderman pointing meme” that can be seen all around on social media.
“Had to let Ghost Spider have her moment,” Morgan tweeted.
The two-time World Cup champion and San Diego Wave FC star was part of the USWNT that got crashed out of the Women’s World Cup as they got eliminated in a penalty shoot-out by old rivals Sweden in Melbourne.
The result meant the four-time world champions have gone out before the semi-finals of the Women’s World Cup for the first time in the nine editions of the tournament.
