One of the main attractions of the 2024 Paris Olympics was the dynamic opening ceremony, and since it was being held in Paris, France, fans knew they were going to put on a show.
The City of Lights and its many world-famous landmarks were on full display, and although there were great moments, there were also some wildly disturbing ones as well.
In between listing all the countries participating in the Olympic Games, several high-profile performances caught the attention of billions.
It included a headless Marie Antoinette, the last queen prior to being executed amid the French Revolution, singing with her severed head in her hands.
There was also a moment where they had drag queens and a man dressed in all blue who appeared to be almost naked.

Social media was not happy with the Paris Olympics.
It should be mentioned that at least three drag queens were among the 10,000 torchbearers who relayed the Olympic flame from Greece through French territories to Paris.

Kansas City Chiefs Kicker Harrison Butkr Rips Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony
The 2024 Paris Olympics got off to a rough start. Many watchers from across the globe took issue with some of the performers, including drag queens and a headless performer in makeup.
Harrison Butker, the Kansas City Chiefs kicker who made headlines with his speech about Catholic faith at a graduation earlier this year, took to X and wrote, “Be not deceived, God is not mocked. For what things a man shall sow, those also shall he reap. For he that soweth in his flesh, of the flesh also shall reap corruption. But he that soweth in the spirit, of the spirit shall reap life everlasting.’ Galatians 6:7-8.”
He made that post while putting up a video of the opening ceremony.
