Simone Biles is an accomplished gymnast and a wife to an NFL player.
Olympic icon Simone Biles was forced to take to social media this week and shut down speculation that she is pregnant and it all stems from a simple photo.
The 26-year-old, who is married to NFL player Jonathan Owens, was forced to deny the rumors that she’s expecting a baby after sharing a photo on Instagram on Tuesday. The gymnast posted a series of snaps of herself at MetLife Stadium on Monday night, where she was cheering on her Packers husband during Green Bay’s loss to the New York Jets.
She denied pregnancy speculation by writing, “I hate that I even have to address this, but please stop commenting on this photo or my Instagram in general about me being ‘pregnant.’ I’m not pregnant,” according to TMZ.
After Biles responded on her Instagram Story, many of her followers jumped to her defense underneath the post, telling people to stop speculating and commenting on women’s bodies.

It’s quite obvious that Biles would not be getting pregnant as she made it clear that competing in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris is her current goal and that she “would love to go.”
“I think we have to be a little bit more cautious about how we do things, so everything that we’re doing leading up to this next games or whatever is very intentional,” Biles said of her mindset. “So we’ve kind of been playing it on the down-low this time, making sure mentally and physically are both intact. So I think it’ll be different, but it’ll be good.”
It’s been a big year for the gymnast, who won her eighth U.S. Championship in August.
Biles and Owens had a lavish fairy-tale ceremony in Mexico back in April.
Pregnancy at this time would jeopardize her ability to compete in Paris next year, as the games are set to start in just around seven months.
