Much like the rest of us right now, Russian world champion swimmer Yulia Efimova has been confined to her home during the COVID-19 outbreak, but she is making sure she stays in tip-top shape.
The six-time world breaststroke champ is currently in California and training for the summer Olympics that have now been moved to 2021.
Efimova is listening to the stay-at-home orders by doing push-ups outside her home as she showed off on Instagram.
She also delighted her 171,000 followers by sharing a throwback topless picture of herself in Hawaii:
