Armand Duplantis was the main man when it came to athletics on Monday night in Paris.
The Swedish pole vaulter, who attended LSU with Sha’Carri Richardson,, stole the entire show when he broke his own world record at the Summer Olympics.

Duplantis’s girlfriend, Desiré Inglander, a Swedish fashion model, was in the stands Monday night and posted her reaction of him clearing 6.25 meters (20 feet, 6 inches) to break the world record.
Of course, he won gold, and 80,000 fans at the Stade de France went crazy for him.
Desiré Inglander, who has more than 318,000 followers on Instagram, likely received many more thousands of support as Armand Duplantis’ accomplishment led to fans finding her online to see what she really looked like.

Armand Duplantis Steals The Show With An Entire Stadium Refusing To Leave Until He Was Done
With the rest of the action at the Olympic track wrapped up for the evening, Armand Duplantis had the entire Stade de France stadium to himself as he rested the pole on his right shoulder and took a deep breath for each of his three tries to break a world record.
It would be his final try as the Louisiana-born 24-year-old broke the world record for the ninth time.
His next run would be for him to take off to the stands and hug his girlfriend to celebrate his record and second Olympic gold with all those friends and family wearing yellow and blue.
