Alysha Newman sure knows how to get social media talking about her.
The Canadian pole vaulter shocked the sports world earlier this year when she announced she was taking her beauty to OnlyFans. Newman announced the news in an Instagram post, along with a caption which read: “Your wish is my command… Now on OnlyFans.”
Fast forward to this week and Newman is turning heads after posting herself as well as a friend with nothing but paint on their body.

She has also had her fair share of personal trouble when Newman’s ex-boyfriend and former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Anthony Chickillo was arrested back in 2019 on charges he assaulted the 26-year-old in a hotel room at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania. She would withdraw all domestic dispute-related charges against him.
“I’m so much happier [competing]. Last [winter] I was going through some personal things off the track with a relationship that wasn’t well,” said Newman. “I was able to get that out of my life and move on from the situation, him and that part of my life.”
She admitted she had “low, low days” early in her recovery from the relationship, but vowed not to waste time and continue to get better at her sport.
Newman was named to the Canadian team for the 2020 Summer Olympics, but she failed to take off on all three of her attempts in the qualification round, and thus did not move on to the main phase of the competition.
