Fights in hockey are normal, but we don’t always see players get knocked the hell out like this latest fight.
Tampa Bay’s Barclay Goodrow and Detroit’s Adam Erne got into a scuffle on Thursday night and it escalated into an all-out punch fest.
Late in the 2nd period, Goodrow checked Erne into the boards and Erne did not like that one bit as he threw his stick at Goodrow’s legs.
It was pretty much go time after that.
Goodrow landed a haymaker right on Erne’s jaw, and the only thing that stopped his head from smacking the ice was his jersey being held. That fight could’ve been much worse for him.
