Social media detectives noticed that Ottawa Senators superstar Tim Stützle looks a lot like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s most iconic movie character with his gruesome-looking eye injury.
Tim Stützle suffered an eye injury when he took a puck to the face during first period action in last Thursday’s home game against the New York Islanders. Though Stützle avoided a significant injury, the damage he suffered is still enough to make you cringe:

The No. 3 pick of the 2023 NHL Draft is off to a strong start for the Sens here in 2025-25. Through his first 15 games, Tim Stützle has seven goals and 20 points, top among all Sens players.
Ottawa hasn’t reached the postseason since 2016-17, when they pushed the Pittsburgh Penguins to double overtime in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final. Obviously, the Sens didn’t think after that 2-1 loss that it would be a long and painful way for a return to relevance.

Ottawa pulled off statement road wins against the Bruins and Toronto Maple Leafs, their Atlantic Division rivals. A win over Philly would go a long way toward building more early-season momentum for Green and company.
