Colorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon had quite the year during the 2023-2024 season and has now been awarded for it.
The Colorado Avalanche center had quite the night on Thursday as he swept hockey’s top awards—the Hart Trophy and Ted Lindsay Award. The Hart Trophy is given to the player “most valuable to his team,” while the Lindsay is given to the most outstanding player in the NHL as voted by fellow members of the NHL Players’ Association.
Nathan MacKinnon walked out with two awards but showed up at the annual NHL awards ceremony with a trophy next to him.
MacKinnon’s girlfriend, Charlotte Walker, was by his side on this night, and she stole the show. Fans noticed how incredibly attractive she was.

His personal life has caught the attention of his fans, but it does not look like either of them plans to put it out in the open unless it is for a special occasion.
The star player ranked second in the NHL set a franchise record with 140 points, and led the entire league in even-strength points (92), multi-point games (44), and shots on goal (405), per USA Today.
He saved his best work for home games, recording at least one point in his first 35 home games.
Nathan MacKinnon isn’t a one-hit wonder. He has been a finalist for the Hart three times and the Lindsay two times in his career.

Nathan MacKinnon has joined the ranks of the elite after the Colorado Avalanche star took the Hart Memorial Trophy as the most valuable player and the Ted Lindsay Award as the most outstanding player.
Mackinnon spoke on his great night after his incredible sweep of the awards.
“It’s really cool,” MacKinnon said. “I honestly never thought I’d win these. Every player I grew up idolizing has their name on these things. It’s surreal. It hasn’t really sunk in.
“I know it’s an individual award, but you really feel connected to these all-time greats.”
He even revealed that Wayne Gretzky called him.
“Wayne called me. It’s pretty cool to see Wayne Gretzky pop up on your phone. Seeing his name a hundred times on this thing, too,” said MacKinnon, per The Star.
