Anna Kane, the former wife of renowned ice hockey player Evander Kane, has found herself in the spotlight once again.
Kane has accused him on Instagram of marital misconduct and gambling on NHL games in the past, which he has denied. Things had gotten so bad between them that a court granted Evander Kane a temporary restraining order against Anna after he, in court documents, accused her of violence, saying in one argument that she hit him “7-8 times in the face with her fist.”
Evander Kane alleged that was the first of several that happened between 2019 and 2021. Apparently, he still has a restraining order against her that extends to 2024 because both of them were recently in the same arena together.
Kane is currently playing for the Edmonton Oilers and Anna showed up to his game as they took on the Detroit Red Wings. Evander got wind of her being in the arena and reportedly had her removed due to his restraining order.

Despite her presence, the Edmonton Oilers tied a franchise record with a 9th consecutive win in a 3-2 OT triumph in Detroit.
McDavid scored a tying goal in the third period and Darnell Nurse scored 1:20 into overtime to give Edmonton a 3-2 win. The Oilers, who also won nine in a row late last season and in 2001, can break the team mark Saturday night in Montreal.
Hopefully, Anna abides by that restraining order and stays away from her ex-husband who clearly wants nothing to do with her.
For the season, Kane has 14 goals and 10 assists for 24 points on the year.
The Oilers are 22-15-1 and 4th in the Pacific Division.
