Football fans are saying the same thing about Zay Flowers after a photo of the Baltimore Ravens’ standout wide receiver went viral.
Flowers posted an image of himself speaking to Zac Cardone, a strength and conditioning specialist that Baltimore’s star wideout trains with. Fans on X/Twitter noticed that Flowers is already looking a lot more jacked from his rookie year:

The Ravens decided to change up their offense under new OC Todd Monken, who replaced the well-respected Greg Roman last year. The new offensive system meant bringing in new pass-catchers, including Flowers, Odell Beckham Jr. and Nelson Agholor.
Those changes did wonders, as Baltimore boasted the fourth-best scoring offense in football (28.4 points per game) in year one under Monken.
Flowers finished the 2023 season as Baltimore’s leader in receptions (77) and receiving yards (858). Among all rookies, Flowers finished fourth in receptions and fifth in receiving yards. His efforts helped star quarterback Lamar Jackson piece together the second MVP season of his career.
The 5-foot-10, 172-pound Flowers continued his strong play over in the postseason, hauling in nine receptions for 156 yards and one touchdown in two playoff games. Flowers also scored the Ravens’ only touchdown in their heartbreaking 17-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
