The Indianapolis Colts have had a rough start to training camp.
The Indianapolis Colts running back room took another hit Monday as Zack Moss suffered a broken arm during training camp practice.
Moss is expected to miss roughly six weeks.
Moss was visibly frustrated, slamming his helmet down while holding his wrist.
Throughout the offseason and first week of training camp, Moss had been running with the first-team offense as the team and Jonathan Taylor figure out their situation going forward. The heated contract situation for Taylor and his current placement on the active/PUP list has kept the star off the field.
The Colts may look to free agency for a potential addition while sixth-round pick Evan Hull, along with Deon Jackson, Jake Funk, and undrafted free-agent rookie Zavier Scott are expected to take reps in the meantime.

Moss is in the final year of his rookie contract and is scheduled to be a free agent following the 2023 season.
