Heading into the final week of the year, head coach Robert Saleh said the franchise wasn’t giving up on Wilson.
“We’re gonna grind with him,” he told reporters. “Through hell or high water we’re going to get him to where we know he can be.”

His tenure with the team could end should the franchise go out and sign somebody like free agent Jimmy Garoppolo or Derek Carr, who appears to be on his way out of Las Vegas.
