Now, the national media is disrespecting him as well.
While calling the Giants-49rs game on Thursday Night Football, the broadcast then started promoting upcoming games on the schedule. All the teams listed had their quarterbacks on the graphic except for the Jets.
Amazon Prime elected to have WR Garrett Wilson next to Mac Jones for the Jets-Patriots matchup. No other team listed had any other player aside from the QB.
Poor Zach.
Rather than Aaron Rodgers, Bill Belichick will prepare his defense for another encounter with the former No. 2 pick. This isn’t New England’s first encounter with Wilson. The Patriots welcomed Wilson to the NFL with four interceptions in the second start of his career.

Wilson registered a career-high 355 passing yards when hosting New England last season, but he also threw three interceptions in a 22-17 loss.
In a matchup that had playoff implications, Wilson went a dismal 9-of-22 for 77 yards and four sacks which caused the team to finally bench him after the game.
This past Sunday, he threw three interceptions in a 20-10 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. The Jets as well as the network are hoping he can play much better.
