Zac Stacy has been arrested by police in Florida after disturbing video showing him attacking his ex-girlfriend Kristin Evans, who is the mother of their 5-month-old son, was uploaded online.
The former NFL running back has been charged with two felonies and is facing up to 15 years in prison if he’s convicted.
Prior to his arrest, Evans asked the public for their help in locating Stacy, who fled after the attack. “Please, again, if you see him or you know of any location that he might be, please turn him in or call your local authorities,” she said.
Evans released the horrifying attack caught on her home surveillance footage on social media. You could see the former running back hit her twice, making her fall to the couch. He then grabs her and throws her across the room into a television, which falls on top of her.
Evans could be heard pleading for him to stop multiple times while the baby cries on the couch.

Evans met Stacy in January of 2019 while she was working as a Wellness Coordinator for the Memphis Express of the Alliance of American Football, which is the last team he played for.
She said their relationship was very on and off after she had a miscarriage. She added that Stacy became more physically abusive to her after the birth of their son.
