Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is facing a new lawsuit where a woman accused him of secretly making sex tapes and sharing them.
Per Andy Slater, Howard is accused of making secret sex videos and then sharing them. That wasn’t all of the news as a woman was also caught on video smashing his Bentley with a bat before getting arrested.
Brad Sohn, Howard’s attorney, later called this accusation a “dead loser.”
This isn’t the first lawsuit Howard has faced within the past year, as a woman alleged he knowingly gave her a sexually transmitted disease. ESPN noted in October 2022 that the woman initially sought a trial by jury and sued him for more than $30,000.
Howard is entering his eighth NFL season and is coming off a 2022 season that saw him finish with 45 total tackles, two fumble recoveries, one interception, and 12 passes defended.

The last thing the Dolphins need is controversy surrounding Xavien Howard after the team essentially lost Jalen Ramsey, who was traded for this offseason, until December after an injury.
