Shots were fired at the end of the Chiefs victory parade and rally in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, on Wednesday.
Kansas City officials confirm at least one person died Wednesday after a shooting near the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl rally at Union Station, officials say.
Aside from the death was over 20 people getting injured by gunfire.
The one person who passed away has been identified and she was a mother of two.
She was also a local disc jockey for KKFI, the community radio station, and co-host of a program, Tejano Tuesday, featuring Hispanic music.

Lopez-Galvan is reported to have died during surgery at a hospital from a gunshot wound to her abdomen.
“She was the most wonderful, beautiful person,” said Lisa Lopez, a friend for decades (no relation) who also works as The Star’s newsroom executive administrative assistant. “She was a local DJ. She did everybody’s weddings. We all know her. She was so full of life.”
Lopez-Galvan, who was in her mid-40s, graduated from Bishop Miege High School and was married with two adult children who loved her very much.
According to messages on her Facebook, her adult son apparently also suffered a gunshot wound.
